IS THIS THE CREEPIEST MUSIC VIDEO OF ALL TIME?

I remember a few years ago when I came across this video on youtube. My initial thoughts were "what the fuck?" followed by "was this video on t.v." and finally "wow that shit was hilarious"
Honeslty i am sort of at a loss for words everytime i try to describe this video. "I like little girls they make me feel so good"...is the chorus. At first i thought there would be some sort of double meaning but then you see the video and realize this guy is not trying to hide anything he is a straight pedaphile and doesn't seem to care who knows it. This brings me to my next question of was this video ever on MTV or anything like that. It couldn't have been right? I mean if anyone released this music video now, they would have Chris Hanson knocking on their door so fast they wouldn't know what hit them. I mean this guy not only wrote the song but he can play the part too. He is a pair of rapist glasses shy of the most cliche diddler i have ever seen.
What really gets me is what the hell was the casting process for this video and any parent that let their daughter be in this should be fucking shot. I mean i would rather have Hanibal Lector babysit my kids then have my daughter audition for this video. and what the hell is with the midgets? Here is what i imagine the add for this casting call looked like...

OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFETIME:

We are currently seeking cute girls under the age of 16. They will be required to dress up like school girls and lay in bed with up and coming (no pun intended) star oingo boingo.

We are also looking to cast 4 midgets: 1 of which should slightly resemble chuck norris and another should slightly resemble Mario.

Im really surprised "to catch a predator' hasn't scooped this up as their theme song all ready. All i know is that Lausier is one step ahead of the curve as this is already his ringtone.
