For thos of you who are lazy and don't feel like ready this article, ill sum it up for you. This guy put shocking dog collars on his 3, 6, 8, and 9 year olds. Now I know there is going to be uproar of "child abuse" but let the record show i see no real foul here. First off he clearly had no criminal intent, i mean the man himself said he was doing it "because he thought it was funny!" If thats what this man gets a rise out of then so be it. All he was doing was chasing his kids around threatening to shock them. Although i must say if this man was my father i would probably be scared at all times. I have a feeling the dog collar was the least of this guys punishments. I mean seriously talk about another guy who just looks the part....
However perhaps this guy is on to something. Perhaps you take this one step further and not only get the collars but you set up the invisible fence as well. Let it be clearly known where the kids can and can not go. For example, the kid starts running into the street BAM!!!!! shocked to ground. Kid starts reaching in the cookie jar before dinner....BAM!!!! shocked to the ground. Kid goes to open mommy and daddys door during mommy and daddy's "alone time" ....BAM!!!! schoked to the ground. I mean im not so sure you even need babysitters anymore. Just set out the food there gonna need for the day, attach the dog collars and your all set.
